I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, to refugee parents who fled Vietnam after the war. Growing up, I was taught the classic immigrant mantra: "Work hard, get good grades, land a good job, and you'll be happy." I followed that path, becoming a CPA and securing a stable corporate job at a Big Four accounting firm, only to realize it wasn’t what I truly wanted. That realization led me on a journey of self-discovery where I pivoted to pursue work that aligned with my purpose—helping others achieve their highest potential. As a recruiter, I discovered my talent of helping people successfully shift their careers and since 2016, I started my business as a Career Strategist, Speaker, and Intuitive Purpose Coach—with a mission to help driven, high achievers figure out their purpose and path with clarity and confidence.

I’ve helped over 4,000 professionals accelerate their careers and achieve manager, senior manager, director and C-suite roles through my coaching programs. My practical tips on executive presence, communication, and career growth have resonated with nearly a million subscribers on YouTube and countless others worldwide.

I’m also a LinkedIn Learning Instructor with over 2.5 million learners.
